About these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website. These terms apply to the website itself and do not replace any proposal, service agreement or other written terms agreed for client work.
Information on this website
The website provides general information about DS Media’s website and video production services. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but it is not professional advice and should not be relied on as the only basis for an important decision.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or require either you or DS Media to proceed with a project. A contract is formed only when the relevant scope, price and service terms have been agreed.
Prices and service summaries
Any price, feature or timescale shown on this website is a summary of the relevant offer and may depend on scope, suitability and availability. The £39 monthly website plan has no large upfront build fee and is subject to an initial 18-month term. The full scope, payment arrangements and ongoing responsibilities will be set out in the client agreement.
Using the website
You may browse the website and contact DS Media for legitimate personal or business purposes. You must not attempt to damage the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse its forms, copy substantial parts of it for commercial use or interfere with another visitor’s use.
Copyright and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the design, wording, graphics, branding and other original material on this website belong to DS Media or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit that material without written permission.
Examples of client websites and films remain subject to the rights of DS Media, the relevant client and any other rights holders.
Third-party services and links
This website may link to third-party websites or display video through services such as YouTube. Those services are controlled by their own operators and have their own terms and privacy policies. DS Media is not responsible for their availability, security or content.
Availability and liability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DS Media is not liable for loss arising solely from relying on general information on this website, inability to access it, or use of a third-party website linked from it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will appear on this page with its updated date. Questions can be sent to dan@dsmedia.uk.
